Range Regulations

  • Range is open to current Williamstown Fish & Game Club members that are in possession of a valid membership card and legal guests.
  • Legal guests shall be defined as spouses and minor children. All others must have their own membership card.
  • Range operation hours shall be as follows:                                
  • Mondays – range closed
  • Tuesdays thru Saturdays 8:00 am to sunset
  • Sundays 10:00am to sunset
  • Members will exhibit membership cards upon request
  • Members will exercise due care and caution on and around range at all times.
  • Firearms shall be handled in a safe and responsible manner at all times.
  • Fully automatic and 50 BMG caliber firearms are strictly prohibited.
  • Semi-automatic firearms shall be fired in short bursts only which will be a maximum of 5 rounds.
  • Members will fire only at paper targets placed directly in front of backstop.  Absolutely no targets to be placed on lawn between shooting pavilion and backstop.
  • No exploding targets of any type allowed on range.    
  • The use of alcohol or narcotics before or during the use of the range is strictly prohibited.
If you are observed violating any of these regulations, your membership will be revoked. Members shall report any violations of these regulations immediately to a club officer or director.
